Depression is stated by the World Health Organization (2017) as one of the common mental health illnesses which affects more than 300 million people worldwide. Serious cases of depression might also lead to suicide. In fact, at least 800,000 people die every year to suicide.

On the other hand, anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders affecting about one in 13 people. Clinical anxiety affected around 10 percent of people in North America, Western Europe, and Australia/New Zealand, while 8 percent affected in the Middle East and 6 percent in Asia (Coppard, 2012).
